At Cuculiza Logistics Inc., we work hard to provide reliable and timely courier and logistics services. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellations

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If you cancel a delivery request before a driver has been dispatched, you will not be charged.

    • If you cancel after a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and mileage already incurred.

  • Company-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If we are unable to complete a delivery due to circumstances within our control, you will not be charged for that delivery.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally limited to cases where services could not be completed due to an error on our part.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 business days of the scheduled service date.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Packages that violate our restricted/prohibited items policy.

  • Delays caused by events outside of our control (e.g., weather, traffic accidents, road closures, natural disasters).
