Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Cuculiza Logistics Inc., we work hard to provide reliable and timely courier and logistics services. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellations
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
If you cancel a delivery request before a driver has been dispatched, you will not be charged.
If you cancel after a driver has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and mileage already incurred.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
If we are unable to complete a delivery due to circumstances within our control, you will not be charged for that delivery.
2. Refunds
Refunds are generally limited to cases where services could not be completed due to an error on our part.
Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 business days of the scheduled service date.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.
Packages that violate our restricted/prohibited items policy.
Delays caused by events outside of our control (e.g., weather, traffic accidents, road closures, natural disasters).
